  • What types of floorboards can I install in a apartment?
    You can selecy all types of floating floorboards. Like Laminate floor, Hybrid floor, Bamboo floor, and Engineered wood.
  • Which type of floorboards should I select?
    Before making the decision, you need to know your expection on floorboards. If you want most scratch resistant and economic floorboards, then lamiante floor. If you want water proof floorboards, then Hybrid flooring will be better option. Both laminate and Hybrid floors are artifical colours. If you would like to install a real wood floorboards, you can select solidwood or Engineered wood. But for unit/ aparment, you can only select floating floor(Laminate, hybrid, bamboo,engineered wood).
  • What's the better quality floorboards?
    We can't compare different types floorboards quality. Select the right type for you is more important. After that you can compare the brand and quality of the floorboards.

  • Do do you floorboards repair?
    We only can do part of the flooring repairs. Please send an email or call for double checking.
  • What's your waiting time for your team?
    Normally two weeks notice will be enough. If you have a urgent job, please call Judy on 0405 791 357 to double check.
  • Do I need to apply for the flooring replacement?
    If your property is under Strata title, you will need to get approval to change the flooring. Otherwise, under the Strata by law, you may have troubles if your neighour complain for the noise. The application steps are not diffcult, feel free to contact us if you need any documents for application. You may need our libility insurance, license, underlay acoustic report and quote document for the application. If you poerpty is a house, you don't need to apply to council.
